Each product page features a detailed size guide tailored to that specific garment. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our charts. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. To start a return or exchange, simply visit our online portal. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings are final sale.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

ECRI accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

At ECRI, we prioritize ethical manufacturing. 70% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or Tencel. We are committed to reaching 100% sustainable materials by 2026.
